GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED
13th – 16th JULY 2023
An intoxicating mix of cars, stars and motorsport royalty come together over four superb days for the Festival of Speed. The largest event of its kind in the world, the Festival gathers together the planet’s rarest and most glamorous cars. The weekend sees heritage cars taking on the 1.16 mile Hillclimb, which challenges the world’s greatest drivers and riders, including today’s Formula 1 and Moto GP stars.
The Facilities
Clark Pavilion
A stunning new area that opened in 2017, the Clark Pavilion is located on the dramatic Molecomb Corner – a challenging point on the Hill climb and an excellent vantage point from which to watch all the action. The unique interior has been designed to be relaxed and stylish and will contain an exhibition of memorabilia that celebrates its namesake, Jim Clark; British Formula One driver and twice world champion. You can enjoy delicious food options and drinks in both indoor and outdoor seating areas.
We also offer the Trackside facility.
Library Lawn Garden Party / The Putting Green at The Kennels
The Library Lawn provides a particularly peaceful space on the private lawn of Goodwood House in which to entertain. With its own marquee, and surrounded by perfectly manicured hedges, this elegant area provides a serene retreat from the noise and action of the track. It includes a roving grandstand ticket to watch the cars and, combined with its seclusion, is the perfect place for smaller groups to entertain with informal seating.
The Startline Club
The ultimate enthusiast’s area with a roving ticket with a choice of 12 grandstands so you choose where you watch from. Based at the Goodwood Hotel, this is the perfect way to enjoy the Festival of Speed if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy superb food in stylish surroundings. Your day includes all day grazing with street-food set up, admission badge, tea, coffee, soft drinks and a cash bar. A car park label, event programme and earpiece complete this relaxed but complete option.
