GOLF INCENTIVES

We organise many golf incentives around the world in places such as Spain, Portugal, Ireland and Dubai.  Our staff will attend the event with your group and ensure that everything runs smoothly, while you enjoy playing on the courses with your guests.

We do not presume to play with your guests as so many golf companies do as we feel that we can not adequately ensure the smooth running of the event from the 7th Tee!  We see the last 4 ball away and will set up the club house to welcome the first 4 ball back.

What we do

Pre event:

  • Liaise with you, the client, from the initial enquiry to get the best courses and hotel to fit your budget
  • Organise flights through our ATOL Bond
  • Arrange all tee-times and coaches for transfers to and from the courses

 

During the event:

  • Check guests in at the airport (if all going from the same airport)
  • Arrange all of the transport from the airport to the hotel
  • Arrange a speedy check in at the hotel
  • Ensure that the rooms are the best available for the guests
  • Make sure all guests are present and correct in good time before the transfer to the golf
  • We will call rooms and wake golfers who may have overslept
  • Prepare for the golf each morning on site at the course
  • Arrange “Longest Drive” and “Nearest the Pin” competitions
  • Photograph each 4 ball on the 1st Tee
  • Arrange for golfers to ‘refuel’ at the half way house
  • Arrange any set up at the Club House – either on the hosts account or to assist individuals with drinks
  • Score the players’ cards using the Stableford system
  • Make sure that guests have a room to leave their clubs in at the hotel
  • Arrange dinners – either in the hotel or we have many recommendations in the area
  • Be on hand during the dinners to ensure that there are no issues

 

Post event:

  • Send final invoice and ensure that final hotel account is correct
  • Send a post event evaluation for the client to fill out to enable us to keep our standards as high a possible
