The most anticipated game of the entire tournament is Ireland’s first home fixture where they host France on Saturday, 11th February in Dublin. The two sides will enter the championship as favourites, and it is easy to see why as last year’s champions just about edged Ireland in a thrilling game by 30 – 24 in front of a raucous Stade de France. The pressure will be on Fabien Galthie and his coaching staff to have the team at their pinnacle ahead of their home Rugby World Cup in France next Autumn. The Facilities
Vavasour West
The Vavasour West Room is located on level 2 inside the stadium and is also glass fronted overlooking Lansdowne Road. This room has a capacity of 100 guests and the match tickets are located in the West Upper Stand, Block 524. The tickets are all between the 22 metre lines of the pitch. Tables of 10 apply.
Havelock Restaurant
The Havelock is located on Level 4 (Executive Level) inside the stadium and is the prime hospitality offering. The restaurant is glass-fronted and boasts panoramic views of the pitch, the stadium and of Lansdowne Road. The facility is located behind the south goal and reserved padded seats are situated directly outside the room. This allows you and your guests to take half-time drinks at your table. Tables of 8, 10, 12 and 18 are available.
Marian College Marquee
The Marian College Marquee is located on Lansdowne Road inside the grounds of Marian college School, which is an easy five minute walk to the east entrance of the Aviva Stadium. The facility is a glass fronted solid sided marquee structure with a capacity for 500 guests on tables of 10 & 12. The match tickets are in the East Stand Lower Blocks 103,106 & 107 or West Stand Upper Block 527.
